Since we had the same problem yesterday as some others already did, and we were locked out. We called here and described our problem, he came relatively quickly, looked at the door, took a picture of the situation, and after 5 to 8 minutes it was open. At Muttern: door closed and key stuck inside, all outside of opening hours. At Rennert, you are informed of a price from the start, which was then also adhered to, the friendly employee was there at the scheduled time, appeared professional and did good work without damage. Anytime again, if necessary. We have had a security lock from Rennert for 20 years, which has also moved with us. Quality pays off.
